Rules

15. volume of international tournament is subject to these rules:

Date: Saturday + Sunday 4th and 5th JULY 2015
Place: DARKOVICE, foobal playground, Czech Republic
Number of players: : 4+1(alternate members unlimited)
Plaground surface: grass
Registration: deadline: June 30th 2015
Registration fee: 50 EUR


Tournament system: maximum number of teams is 64. First day: 16 groups of 4 teams, only winner of group advances directly to play-off. Teams at the second and the third positions play next day in additional barrage. Winners of barrage advance to play-off among the best 32 teams.

The progress from a group is dependent on:
- - gained points
- mutual match
- total score - score difference
- more goals scored
- a draw in groups; in playoffs 5 penalties and then per one until the decision
- in the finals 5 minutes extra time with the Golden Goal rule prior the penalty shootout

Match time:
2x 10 mins (Saturday); play off 2x15 mins (Sunday)

Equipment: : Shirts, training shirts, shin pads - optional. Boots with metal screw studs are forbidden. Each team must have its own ball size 5!

Penalties : Red card = sending off until the end of a match + ban for a following one, after 2 mins another player can join the game; if a goal is scored, other player can join the game immediately. Accumulated fouls will not be considered. A severe violation of rules or insult of of a referee will result in a disqualification from the tournament! (An insult is understood especially as a hit, a kick, intentional tripping, violent charging, pulling, snatching the whistle from the mouth, or an intentional hit with the ball or other object)
Sliding tackles not allowed (A sliding tackle is understood as every kind of a slide forwards or sidewards on the playing surface with an intention to prevent the opponent from the further play) A goalkeeper is allowed to make a long throw over the centre line. Free kick: An opponent must stand at least 5 metres from the kick spot. Outs are to be kicked while the ball must be placed exactly on the line. The ball is out of play if it crosses the line with its entire volume. The play must be restarted within 4 seconds. Player(s) are not allowed to be a member of more then one team (=contumacy)!!!

We only have got one health!

Prizes: : Challenge Trophy of the mayor, cups for teams until the 8th place, a complete set of football kits, balls for teams until the 6th place, yearly subscription of the Hattrick magazine for the tournament's best player, scorer and goalkeeper, DM drugstore packages, various sports equipment, diplomas, medals, souvenirs by Budvar Brewery, and more.

Next to tons of football action (totally 160 matches; the winner plays 8) we have also prepared a rich entertainment program. On Saturday afternoon you can see the exhibition of the world record holder in ball juggling Mr. Bursas Charalambos. The night disco show will be spiced-up by the two devilish beauties right on midnight. Budvar Beer Tent will be ready to serve all the dry throats. We wish all the participants to "survive" the tournament with the full fitness and have good fun. Let's stick with the wise motto: "The important part is not to win, but to participate!"
